How it all began

Nutritécnica was created in August 1990, in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, by the owner and nutritionist Marlise Potrick Stefani, with the aim of providing consulting services to companies.
Soon the passion for Nutrition involved the clinical area and today it brings knowledge and quality of life to individuals and companies.


Big brands such as Springer Carrier, Adubos Trevo, FIERGS and Pepsi started using the nutritional consulting service to qualify the food served to their employees.
Then, the company expanded its line of operations to hotels, restaurants and fast food chains. This work, focused on quality, food safety and gastronomy, has been perpetuated for more than three decades.

In 2002, the company began a prosperous path in the commercial line, giving rise to the NutriGourmet healthy deep-frozen food industry, which followed its successful path for years until it was incorporated by a major brand in the segment.
Today, Nutritécnica is managed by the nutritionist and owner, Dr. Marlise Potrick Stefani, who works with a qualified and up-to-date multidisciplinary team.
